Happy Day Camp is designed to involve individuals with special needs in recreational activities. One-week sessions are held for different age groups. During camp participants have the opportunity to interact with their peers through various activities.
We offer camps to adults with developmental disabilities, enhancing their lives through recreation, socialization, and life skills education. Camp takes place in October. Activites – fitness, fishing, ropes course, arts/crafts, and a Dance.
EMPOWER Summer Camp is a unique resource for families of children living with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. It is provided in partnership with Trillium Health Resources to address long-standing gaps in social and recreational activities in North Carolina.
